Once you have purchased a product or custom order from Lauren's Art Studio, a refund or return will not be available; there are some exceptions if something happens: if within 48 hours of receiving your product you realize something is damaged, or your not satisfied, etc., please contact Lauren directly for any concerns about the order. If you fail to realize that the issue within the 48 hours of receiving the product, then we are unable to offer any assistance with a possible refund, return, or product replacement. We do not offer ANY returns, refunds, or exchanges on customized orders. Since the product was made specifically to your liking, we will not allow a return if something changes, and you no longer like the design. If there's anything damaged or missing on the product please contact Lauren, and a refund and return may be possible. If you need to make any changes to an order which has already been placed prior to shipment, please contact me via email lvw102896@gmail.com within 48 hours of placing the order. I cannot guarantee that the changes are possible, however we will do our best. Once the order has been shipped, no further changes will be accepted. Here at Lauren's Art Studio, we strive to create pieces that fit your ideas and allow them to be pleased with the product they receive! Since these products are handmade and hand painted, we are unable to allow constant returns and refunds, as each product takes time and effort to make.
